Delivery Timeframe
MyPetHolo offers standard delivery depending on the destination and the product. For most items, delivery typically occurs within the timeframe indicated on the product page and at checkout. In certain cases requiring additional verification, address confirmation or special handling, we may contact you before shipment to avoid unnecessary delays.
Order Processing
Orders are processed after checkout. Once your payment is validated, your order is forwarded for fulfillment. Processing typically occurs within a few hours and up to 1 business day. Orders placed late in the day, during weekends or public holidays may start processing on the next business day.
Shipping Costs
MyPetHolo may offer free shipping on eligible orders unless otherwise stated on the product page. Free delivery may apply to specific categories, promotions, or all items depending on ongoing offers visible on the Site. You will always see the applicable shipping cost (free or paid) before checkout is completed.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, a shipping confirmation message and tracking link are sent to you. You can check your shipment status at any time. If tracking activity does not appear immediately, please allow some time for carrier systems to update.
