About MyPetHolo

MyPetHolo is an e-commerce store offering personalized pet holographic keepsakes and related accessories. Some products are fulfilled directly by us, while others may be fulfilled by approved third-party suppliers. Product availability, pricing, shipping times, and after-sales conditions may differ by item. We aim to present accurate product information, but we do not guarantee that descriptions, images, or other content are error-free.

Eligibility and Use of the Service

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, peak seasons, or other factors outside our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier unless otherwise required by law. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, reshipping costs may apply.
